Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. Simply tell us clearly before the 14 days are up — by email to hello@tippr-uk.com, or by using the model cancellation form below.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or misdescribed. We will refund the price you paid plus our standard (least expensive) delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner, using the same payment method you used. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature and function.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made or sourced to your specification, or clearly personalised (for example bespoke or special-order items).

30-day returns

In addition to your legal rights, we accept returns of unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Bespoke or special-order items are non-returnable.

12-month warranty

Parts are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty against defects, which is normally 12 months from the date of invoice unless the manufacturer states otherwise for a particular product. Warranty cover is for replacement only — labour, fitting, downtime and other consequential costs are excluded, as is normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect installation. Consumable and wear items (for example sheets, nets, ropes and bushes) may carry shorter cover or none at all.

A warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time. We will cover the cost of return and offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to start a return

Email hello@tippr-uk.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue an RMA and return instructions within one business day.
